My Story...
I grew up in the 80's and 90's living off lollies from the corner shop and downing the creaming soda at birthday parties.
It wasn't until I was in my mid twenties and trying to conceive I started to wonder whether what I was putting in and on body was having any kind of impact.
At this point I thought bloating and IBS were just normal things, and my idea of clean living was not throwing rubbish out of my car window.
Fast forward, after an 8 year journey of learning, reading, educating myself on how to get my body to thrive, I now know better and do better, and most of all FEEL SO MUCH BLOODY BETTER! And you can too!
